Child/Adolescent Neuropsychological & Educational Assessment

Children with undiagnosed and unmanaged problems with learning and attention face higher risks of academic difficulties and fewer life opportunities as they grow older. Obtaining an accurate diagnosis is an important first step to ensure children receive the appropriate resources at school and appropriate treatment plan with their healthcare providers.

Adult Neuropsychological

Assessment

Many adults seek neuropsychological evaluations to determine if their problems with attention, memory, emotional, or learning difficulties may stem from other psychological/neurological conditions or disorders.  A full evaluation can determine if other problems are affecting thinking, attention, and reasoning abilities.

Forensic neuropsychological evaluations are similar to clinical neuropsychological evaluations, but focus on answering legal questions in context of a civil or criminal case. The neuropsychological examination may be used to assist in determining competency to stand trial, issues of responsibility for the crime, or in sentencing/mitigation in criminal litigation.
